Paul was first introduced to martial arts when he began taking karate at the age of 8, Paul has developed into one of the top strikers in all of the United Kingdom. Primarily based in England, Daley has been known to hold portions of his training camp at Mike's Gym in the Netherlands. In addition to his training in Holland, Daley is also a member of Team Rough House. At Rough House he trains with fellow Nottingham resident Dan Hardy and many other world class fighters.
